African countries know foes in 2022 World Cup qualifying campaign




The draw for the Gathering Period of the FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022 occurred on Tuesday in Cairo, Egypt, with 40 African nations finding their destinies for the Second Round of the passing effort. 



The groups speaking to 40 nations over the CAF locale were partitioned into ten gatherings of four groups each for the penultimate phase of the mainland excursion to Qatar.

Gathering An: Algeria, Burkina Faso, Niger, Djibouti

Gathering B: Tunisia, Zambia, Mauritania, Central Guinea

Gathering E: Mali, Uganda, Kenya, Rwanda

Gathering H: Senegal, Congo, Namibia, Togo

Gathering I: Morocco, Guinea, Guinea-Bissau, Sudan

Gathering J: DR Congo, Benin, Madagascar, Tanzania

The gathering period of the qualifiers will begin in October 2020 and proceed until October 2021

After a cooperative effort of matches, the champs of the ten gatherings will fit the bill to the Last Round of the mainland capability on the excursion to Qatar.

The Last Round will see the ten groups brought into five home and away ties, with the five victors tying down the pass to speak to Africa at the competition planned for 21 November to 18 December 2022 in Qatar.
