Okorocha’s victory proves judiciary as constitutional defender

The governorship applicant of the Action Alliance in Imo State, Uche Nwosu has depicted the legal executive as the best protector of Nigeria's constitution and vote based system.

He said this against the foundation of the judgment of the Federal High court, Abuja, which requested the Independent National Electoral Commission to issue a Certificate of Return to the quick past legislative leader of Imo State, Rochas Okorocha, as the Senator-choose for Imo West voting public.

Nwosu who talked with columnists in Owerri, said that the legal executive had kept on saving "our majority rules system.

He said "The legal executive has demonstrated that it is the last any desire for the basic man. The milestone judgment has demonstrated that regardless of how hard you attempt to stifle reality, equity will dependably win".

He communicated certainty that Okorocha would do well in the Senate having comprehended the difficulties of the general population of the state while he filled in as the legislative head of the state for a long time.
